Sincerely sorry for the damaged goods. The carton boxes we used for delivery is the A=A export cartons. But it seemed this standard is not strong enough for current order during delivery. We will change the carton boxes with 5 layers K=K which is higher level than A=A for our future orders. And we will also reduce the packing quantity of each carton, which means less GW, to avoid carton damage during transportation. For the damaged goods of current order, could you please help to check the quantity of defective goods? Can we produce more in next order to refill and give you some extra?
