Brothersbox is committed to promoting environmental sustainability in paper-based packaging. We prioritize sourcing materials from responsibly managed forests with certifications like FSC or PEFC, reducing deforestation and protecting biodiversity.
We actively explore innovative solutions, such as recycled paper and biodegradable materials, to minimize waste and support the circular economy. Additionally, we collaborate with customers and partners to raise awareness about eco-friendly practices like recycling and composting.

Scope 1 & 2
Our production process is designed with sustainability in mind, utilizing energy-efficient equipment and continuously improving workflows to minimize energy consumption. Additionally, we have implemented a rigorous waste management system to maximize the recycling of paper scraps generated during production, effectively reducing emissions and minimizing our environmental impact.
Scope 3
We specialize in designing eco-friendly gift packaging using recyclable or biodegradable materials to minimize environmental impact. By optimizing packaging structures, we reduce material waste, allowing consumers to enjoy beautiful designs while supporting sustainability.
We also invest in green technologies like water-based ink printing and non-toxic adhesives, reducing harmful chemicals and enhancing product sustainability. These innovations make our processes safer and more eco-conscious, offering consumers greener, more responsible choices.
Our environmental policy actions include:
- Send out an in-depth carbon and environment questionnaire to printers
- Create a business and supply chain carbon footprint baseline, for measuring future progress against
- Create an ongoing discussion with suppliers to urge them to take necessary steps to lower their environmental impact and to improve their readiness by becoming/maintaining FSC® accreditation and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management
- To research and encourage our suppliers to invest in cleaner technology such as thermal plate setting and HUV printing technology
- Create a briefing document for customers to encourage uptake of carbon neutral printing (offsetting) by demonstrating how this can fit into their larger program of carbon reduction
- To develop a pathway/product carbon profile for clients who want to reduce their carbon footprint and adopt greener production processes
